Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment

Sleeping Creek Outfitters apparel is made or ordered specifically for our customers. Apparel and production material orders are submitted every Monday. Orders placed after Sunday at 11:59 PM CST will be included with the following Monday's order. 

We strive to have orders fulfilled within 7 business days after the applicable Monday order is placed. Fulfillment time may vary depending on product availability, supplier delays, customizations, and other circumstances outside of our control. 

Shipping time begins after your order has been fulfilled, not on the date that the order is placed. 

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping. 

Once your order has been completed and shipped, standard transit time is 3-5 business days. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other circumstances may affect delivery times. 

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships. 

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for customers in the Morrison/Stillwater, Oklahoma area. Pickup location and time will be arranged individually after your order is ready. We will contact you to coordinate pickup. Please wait until you have received confirmation before attempting to pick up your order.
